Objective

	To build the capacity of candidates for self employment in selected Trade.
	To create awareness among Candidates regarding basic knowledge of Banking,Accounting,Marketing etc .

Main outcomes- The main motto of the training was to build the capacity of candidates to get self employment and we done it.
Evaluation Method Employed- Pre and post evaluation have been improve to the knowledge of related subject/ issues of training.
Evaluation Result- All the trainees are very happy after getting this weapon for income generation.
