1. Project Overview

Mukhyamantri Hunar Yojana is a skill development initiative aimed at empowering minority youth by providing training in vocational trades. The project focuses on enhancing employability, entrepreneurship, and self-reliance, enabling youth to secure sustainable livelihoods.

The program bridges the gap between skill development and employment opportunities, particularly in rural and semi-urban areas.

4. Role of ISD

  1. Mobilization of Beneficiaries:
    • Mobilized minority youth from project areas
    • Identified eligible beneficiaries from Rudrapur and Sitarganj blocks
  2. Coordination & Implementation:
    • Coordinated with Alpsankhyak Kalyan Vibhag for smooth execution
    • Ensured proper planning and management of training programs
  3. Training Delivery:
    • Organized vocational training in Bakery, Beautician, and Sewing
    • Arranged training centers in project villages and nearby areas
  4. Monitoring & Quality Assurance:
    • Ensured regular attendance and quality of training
    • Monitored progress of participants
  5. Certification & Placement Support:
    • Facilitated certification for trainees
    • Supported beneficiaries in accessing employment and self-employment opportunities
